Seriously what's up with your eye?

Don't you just hate it when you see a girl wearing a ridiculous amount of eyeshadow? It's so annoying! There are three laws of wearing eyeshadow. One is wearing too much, wearing the wrong colors or wearing eyeshadow at the wrong place wrong time.
Seriously it looks like they applied the eyeshadow with a spray paint can. I knew this girl in my school that would break those three laws at the same time EVERYDAY. She'd wear so much eyeshadow it looked like she got it tattoed on. She'd also wear these really crazy bold colors. Her favorite was this really bright blue. Seriously? And of course she'd wear this crazy eye shadow to SCHOOL! Honestly I barely wear eye shadow to school and when I do I go with natural colors. The only time I wear something bold is when I go to Church or some place where you to get dressed up you know? I'm not really a fan of blue eyeshadow, a backpack and sweatpants.  ALL IMAGES ARE FROM GOOGLE!

To be or not to be... Comfortable?

        So I know I haven't posted for a while but I just really wanted to talk about something that's been bugging me for some time. The other day as I sat down to have lunch with a friend we get on the topic of clothing. She tells me how there's a girl that she knows that dresses like... well like a ... a clown. And as mean as it is I sort of agreed. People (especially) in High School worry so much about clothes. You get judged on your clothing on a daily basis.

       Even I'e experienced this criticism before. I've been accused of dressing "bummy" which pretty much means I'm not trying to dress up. I didn't really get offended since I don't care. I don't make it my priority to dress up everyday for school. I don't see the point in it. I really just wanna feel comfortable while I take down some notes or go to my locker. Yeah I see girls strut up and down the hallway in impossible heels and heck yea they look awesome but is it really all that good?

        There's pro's and con's to the situation like dressing up gives you that confidence boost you need and you get tons of compliments. That sounds nice but I'm a lazy person sooo.... Pretty much my everyday wardrobe consists of a sweater, a tee, some skinnies or some boots or sneakers depending on my mood. It's comfortable and relaxed and I love fashion. I love runway shows and designers and the fashion world in general. Nothing makes me happier than reading my fashion blogs! But when I need to dress up I will but when I need to run to class because I'm late, I do not want to be in Four inch heels!
